Charlie Hunnam to Star in Prime Video’s Graphic Novel Series “Criminal” alongside Adria Arjona and Richard Jenkins

Los Angeles, California – Actor Charlie Hunnam, known for his role in “Sons of Anarchy,” is set to star in Ed Brubaker’s Prime Video graphic novel series “Criminal.” The series will feature an interlocking universe of crime stories based on Brubaker and Sean Phillips’ award-winning graphic novel series, with Hunnam portraying the protagonist, Leo, a master thief known for his strategic planning without the use of guns or violence.

Joining a cast that includes Adria Arjona, Richard Jenkins, and Kadeem Hardison, Hunnam’s character Leo is described as a brilliant thief who always stays several steps ahead, contrasting with his father Tommy, who is known for a violent past. The series will be directed by Ryan Fleck and Anna Boden, with Brubaker and Jordan Harper as executive producers, alongside Phillips, Sarah Carbiener, and Phillip Barnett. Legendary Television and Amazon MGM Studios are also on board as executive producers.
