FRISCO, TX – A deadly altercation at a high school track meet in Frisco has resulted in a 17-year-old being charged with murder. Karmelo Anthony is held without bond following the fatal stabbing of Austin Metcalf during what appears to have been a trivial dispute.
The tragic incident unfolded around 10 a.m. on April 2 at Kuykendall Stadium, part of the Frisco Independent School District. According to the Frisco Police, the confrontation between the two teenagers, who attended different schools, escalated rapidly, ending in violence.
